Artist Note

The second of two paintings from a ‘plein air’ (outdoor) painting trip to Catalonia last year. Just turning up at a location and having to find a subject regardless of weather and ‘inspiration’ is a good challenge for an artist In both of these.

I tried to find something a little different from what many artists have done in the two locations and hoped that eliminating the horizon would give a totally different experience of these coastal scenes.
